STOUT, EUGENIA J., 94, of Ocean City, died Monday, April 7, 2003 at her home.


Born in and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, she had lived in Ocean City since 1976.


Mrs. Stout was the owner of Balch's Restaurant, in Philadelphia, PA for 40 years before her retirement in 1962. She had also worked at John Wanamaker's for nine years. 


She is survived by a nephew.


A Service of Memory and Love will be offered Saturday afternoon at three o'clock from the Godfrey Funeral Home, 809 Central Avenue, Ocean City. Interment was private at the convenience of the family.
