RIFKIN, BLANCHE, 87, of Belleplain died Wednesday in Court House Convalescent Center. Born 
and raised in Millville, she was the daughter of the late William and Ella Peterson Whildon and 
wife of the late Simon Rifkin. She was formerly of Delmont and Milford, DE. She was a 
homemaker and assisted her husband working on the farm and raising chickens. Surviving are a 
daughter Leona Rifkin of Cape May Court House, a brother Lawrence Mason of Cape May Court 
House and a sister Edith Mason of Belleplain. 


Funeral Services will be held at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 643 Main St, Leesburg on Saturday at 
11 a.m. Interment will be in the Leesburg Cemetery. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the 
service.
