POTTER, ROBERT, departed this life peacefully on May 26 in Burdette Tomlin Hospital after a 
long illness. Originally from Rhode Island, he lived in the Cape May area for 30 years. He was 
employed at The Lobster House in Cape May, and in later years at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. 
His greatest joy came from spending time with his family and fishing.


He is survived by his loving wife, Eleanor; three children, seven grandchildren, two great 
grandchildren; and two sisters, two nephews and one niece.
