LYKINS, MARTHA E. 95, of Lower Township, passed away on June 7, 2003 at her home. Born in 
Philadelphia, she was an area resident since 1924 formerly of Rio Grande. She was the owner 
operator of the Lykins Motel in Rio Grande in the 1950's and 60's. Preceded in death by her 
husband James L. in 1970, she was the loving mother of Betty Tonkins of Lower Township, 
Dorothy Swain of Freehold, sister of Carl Behm of Hillsbough, Lewis Behm of Easton, PA., George 
Behm of Ottsville, PA., grandmother of Jim and Jodi Swain, Mike and Bob Jones, great 
grandmother of Brittany, Jennifer, Kaitlyn Jones, Jamie Boyhin, Mike Greanimo, Katie and 
Matthew Swain. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, 2 PM at Cold Spring Cemetery, Cold 
Spring, NJ. Arrangement by Envoy Funeral Home.
