HUNGERBUHLER, ELIZABETH M. 67, of Ocean City, died Monday, May 19, 2003 at Shore 
Memorial Hospital in Somers Point.


Born in Yonkers, NY, she had lived in Sparta before moving to Ocean City five years ago. She had 
attended Marywood College in Scranton, PA.


She is survived by two daughters, Mary McKenna of Crestwood, KY, Mary Stack of Longwood, 
FL; seven sons, Joseph Gerald Hungerbuhler, Jr. of Malvern, PA, Joseph George Hungerbuhler of 
Egg Harbor Township, Joseph Glenn Hungerbuhler of Oakland, CA, John Hungerbuhler of 
Pleasantville, James Hungerbuhler of Ocean City, Sam Hungerbuhler of Cummings, GA, Michael 
Hungerbuhler, Ocean City; 13 grandchildren; three sisters, Catherine Connelly of Baltimore, MD, 
Mary Earley of Allentown, PA, Jeanne Moran of Lavallette.


Friends may call Thursday evening from seven until nine o'clock and Friday morning from half past 
eight until half past nine o'clock from the Godfrey Funeral Home, 809 Central Avenue, Ocean City.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday morning at ten o'clock from St. Augustine's R.C. 
Church, 13th Street at Wesley Avenue, Ocean City. Burial will follow Mass in Brigadier General 
William C. Doyle Cemetery, Arnytown.
