Press of Atlantic City - Newspaper Wednesday, May 28, 2003 HAMADA, EDWARD T., 89, of Woodbine, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 25, 2003 in Shore Memorial Hospital with his family at his side. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Mr. Hamada had resided in Ocean City and Palermo prior to moving to Woodbine three years ago. He was the proprietor of Hamada Roofing and Sheet Metal for fifty years in Ocean City before retiring in 1995. Mr. Hamada is survived by his wife of sixty-six years Dorothy (nee Craig), his son Edward W. and his wife Judy of Woodbine, his daughters Patricia Hickman and her husband Jack of New Limerick, Maine, Joan Nilsson and her husband Fred of Northfield, Theresa Perkins and her husband Mike of Palermo, six grandchildren Candice Scheidegg of McKee City, Douglas Hickman of Steelmantown, NJ, Paula Kolmetsky of McKee City, Judy Princz of Palermo, Edward W. Hamada Jr. of Ocean City, and Kim Hamada of Ocean City, 11 great grandchildren, Cara, Lisa, Jillian, Jennefer, Brad, Janelle, Colin, Shane, Katelyn, Tyler and Jordan, eight great-great grandchildren, Noah, Devin, Dylan, Michael, Marissa, Erik, Jacob and Brielle. Also survived by his brother William of Brigantine, his sisters Jane McCabe of Scullville, Gertrude Price of Silver Spring, MD, Carol Reiche of Fairless Hills, PA, and Josephine McMullen of Langhorne, PA. His Funeral Service and interment will be private and at the convenience of his family.
