CARBONE, ELEANOR L., 64, of Erma, passed away on June 6, 2003 at her home.


Born in Philadelphia, she was an area resident for the past 33 years. She was a member of 
Vietnam Veterans Chapter 602 and was awarded the Chapel of the Four Chaplins. She was the 
wife of Joseph Jr. for 48 years, loving mother of Sandy Owens of Fishing Creek, Joseph III of 
Villas, James and John of Erma, sister of Betty Beideman of Glenolden, PA., Dorothy Bruderer of 
Jacksonville, NC., William Steves of York, PA., grandmother of Mary Ann, Wendy, Johnny Jr., 
Jayme, Elizabeth, Jessica, Jimmy Jr., and two great grandchildren.


A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm at the Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore 
Road N. Cape May, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, 11:00 am at 
St. Raymond's Church, Bayshore & Ocean Avenue, Villas, NJ, where friends may call after 10 am. 
Burial will be in Cape may County Veterans Cemetery. Donations may be made to: Love of Linda
